Out of Hours

Our out of hours service is provided by Vets Now, the leading providers of veterinary emergency and critical care services in the UK. Vets Now Stoke-on-Trent have recently been recognised as Outstanding in the provision of pet emergency care by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS). We are fortunate enough to be the host practice for Vets Now, so you will not need to travel to a different veterinary practice as the out of hours service will be provided from Lime Trees Veterinary Hospital – Meir Park.

Should you ring the surgery out of hours, your call will be answered by Vets Now. They will take any details required and arrange for you to be seen if an appointment is necessary.

If your pet requires hospitalisation overnight, Vets Now have both a vet and nurses on site all night and 24hrs at weekends and bank holidays. They will check on your pet on a regular basis and provide all of the medication and care that they will need out of surgery times.
