PetPlusMember Terms & Conditions

• The Pet Plus Member is a preventative healthcare programme and is not insurance
• Membership will automatically renew on the anniversary date that you joined your pet to the programme
• In between our annual fees review, your pet’s monthly fee may need to be amended if there is a change in your pets weight. This applies to both increase and decrease in weight
• Lime Trees Vets reserve the right to charge a £5 administration charge to each failed payment due to significant administration costs to the practice. Following a failed payment, we will re-present the request to your bank after 3-5 working days
• If your plan is cancelled automatically because of failed direct debits or if you cancel before the anniversary of your plan, your account will be reviewed and you will be charged the full price of any products and services received during the course of your membership, minus any membership fees received to date
• You may cancel your membership on your anniversary date of joining by giving us not less than 2 weeks notice
