1 x £50 gift voucher. This can be used as full or partial payment towards treatments, preventative healthcare, food or accessories

|
Click on the URL link on the Lime Trees Vets Facebook ad which will take the client through to a Microsoft Forms survey or by scanning the QR code on the poster in Lime Trees Veterinary Hospital and Cat Clinic. The question at the end of the survey asks the client if they want to be entered into the prize draw

PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1 What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions on which we operate, and you may participate in, the prize draw described below.
1.2 Other terms that apply. The following terms also apply in the following circumstances:

2.3 How to contact us. You can contact us by post, email or telephone as follows:

By participating in the prize draw, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not participate in the prize draw.
- Terms and conditions.
4.1 The prize draw is open to cat owners only aged 18 years or over, except employees of us or any member of our group, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
4.2 If we have stated that a purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw, you will be automatically entered into the prize draw upon purchase of the specified goods or services, but we reserve the right to cancel your entry at any time if you later cancel or return those goods or services. In all other cases, the prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
4.3 All entries must be submitted by the methods stated, and entries submitted by any other methods will not be accepted or considered. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4.4 The opening date for entries and the closing date of the prize draw are as stated. Entries received after this time will not be accepted or considered.
4.5 We do not accept responsibility for entries or purchases not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure or failures or delays by postal services of any kind and any incomplete entries or purchases will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw.
4.6 A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process or supervised by an independent person on the date stated
4.7 The winner will receive the prize stated. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered
4.8 The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) within 14 days of the draw and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and we will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
4.9 The prize will be sent to the winner by post or email within 30 days of being notified of their win.
4.10 The prize is supplied by the supplier stated or, if not stated, by us. We reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control makes it necessary to do so.
4.11 Our decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
4.12 We must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation we will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails us or writes to us (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) at our contact details above within one month after the closing date of the prize draw stated. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact us at our contact details above. In such circumstances, we must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
4.13 We reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
4.14 We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
4.15 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
4.16 Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in our privacy policy stated above. See also condition 5.12 with regard to the announcement of winners.
4.17 The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
